Service providers and other sharing

We use third-party services to support our operations. Our website currently uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting, Formspree for quote and application submissions, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Our online booking form is provided by BookingKoala; payments may be handled by a payment processor, such as Stripe, through the booking provider, depending on the payment method selected and configured. These providers process information according to their services and terms.

We may also share relevant appointment details with cleaning professionals who need them to fulfill services, and disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not publish your private booking details.

Advertising and cookies

Our site uses Meta Pixel, which can transmit website visit and interaction information to Meta for advertising measurement and potentially ad personalization. Browser settings, ad-blocking extensions, and Meta advertising preferences may limit some tracking; they do not necessarily stop all data processing.

Bookings and payment information

Bookings take place through an embedded BookingKoala form or the BookingKoala website. Card details are entered in the payment experience supplied by the booking/payment provider rather than our general quote form. Please consult the applicable provider's policies for information about its handling of payment details.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including service delivery, customer support, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information and provider. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we control. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your request.
